This Cuban ensemble grew out of a collaboration by the Son trio Los Astros, street singer Rodovaldo Suarez, and multi-instrumentalist Jesus Cruz. Their second recording was made at Havana's famous Studio Egrem, consists of 18 tracks, including many traditional Cuban classics, and puts them at the forefront of today's Cuban Son scene.
