Here's a good one. Tomas de Perrate brings to the table some seriously Gitano Cante. He is accompanied by Ricardo Moreno, Diego del Morao, Antonio Moya, and Antonio Malena on guitars; Yelsi Heredia on contrabass); Poti Trujillo on cajon; and some others. The accompaniments are free, open, and playful, very contemporary while perfectly preserving the "rancidity" of Perrate's singing.A Cat (Seguirillas Didacticas), Se Nos Rompio El Amor (Cuple por Bulerias), Infundio (Infundio), Te Vi (Version), Perraterias de Gaspar de Utrera (Bulerias), Te Digo Lo Que Siento (Entre Malaga y Camaguey), Romance del Amargo (Solea por Bulerias), Caridad (Cantinas), and Soledad Sonora (Soleares de Alcala & Utrera).Nice thick CD booklet with lots of photos and all the Letras.
