You can order from us through our web site, by e-mail, by fax, over the phone, by mail....
Should you place your order by phone or mail, please provide artist's name, title, and format for each item you are ordering.
Orders can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We also accept personal and certified checks, bank drafts and money orders if you are mailing in your order. Please note that all prices are in U.S.$.
Shipping info...
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours....
U.S.A. orders are shipped USPS First Class/Priority Mail. Very large and/or heavy packages may be shipped UPS Ground. Please advise us if you prefer to make alternate shipping arrangements.
Canadian orders are shipped Postal Service Air Mail.
International orders are usually shipped Air Mail, but may also be shipped by Registered Air or Global Priority Mail.

U.S.A.: First item $5, additional items $1 each, maximum $10.
Canada: First item $5, each additional item $2, maximum $15.
Latin America: First 2 items $16, each additional item $3.
Western Europe: First 2 items $16, each additional item $3.
Central & Eastern Europe: First 2 items $18, each additional item $3.
Asia, Africa, & the Pacific Rim: First 2 items $18, each additional item $3.
Please note that multiple record or book sets (i.e. 2CD) and large, heavy books may count as 2 or more items.
General policies...
Your credit/debit card will be charged when your order is ready to ship. You will not be charged for any items that are out of stock until they are shipped. For North American orders we will automatically back-order any items that are out of stock unless you request otherwise, and ship them as soon as possible. Should this occur, shipping charges are calculated on the original order so that you do not incur any extra shipping charges.
Please note that all offerings are subject to availability, prices subject to change without notice, and that all sales are final.
Defective items will be promptly and cheerfully replaced by the same title, but otherwise we cannot accept returns. Sorry, but this seems to be the industry standard (for obvious reasons). If you feel you have extenuating circumstances you want us to consider, let us know. But please remember that the quest for great new music has never been a risk-free proposition.
